NEURALZOOM REFUND POLICY

We want your Neuralzoom experience satisfying, so all eligible courses purchased on Neuralzoom can be refunded within 15 calender days, provided the request meets the guidelines in this refund policy. Note Certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds. For more information regarding our refund policy, please see below.

Process of requesting refund

If the eligibility criterias are met, refund can be requested by filling up the the refund request form.

You need to mention the details including email, phone number used at the time of purchase and the course for which refund is requested. The team may reach back to you if any additional information required to complete the refund process.

Refund status

After you’ve submitted your refund request you you will be sent an email with updates regarding refund status with in 7 days.
Please note that most refunds are returned via the original payment method. Please also note that certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds.

Our 15-day policy

Our 15-day refund policy allows students to learn risk free at the same time it also protects our teachers and partners from fraud and provide them a reasonable payment schedule. Neuralzoom makes various payments , including payments to teachers,payments to affiliates and sales partners there fore it will not be possible to issue a refund after the refund window.

Credit Only Refund

Please note that most refunds are returned via the original payment method. In certains scenarios, for us, refunds may not be possible via the original payment method, such types of purchases are only eligible for credit refunds. In a credit refund, credit points equivalent to the payment amount are alloted to the users Neuralzoom account, which can be used to purchase other available course or future courses on our platform where purchase through credit points are allowed.

Scenarios where refund may be denied

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following: More than 50 % of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund was requested. Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course. Excessive refunds have been requested by a student. Users who have their account reported, banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions. We do not grant refunds for any subscription services unless otherwise required by applicable law. These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Refunds for subscription plans

Some of the courses may be availailed on a subscription plan. Neuralzooms’s subscriptions plans do not offer a 15-day refund promise. For subscription plans no refunds or partial refunds are available unless otherwise required by applicable law. Depending on where you're located, you may be entitled to a refund. If based on where you located and applicable laws you are eligible for a subscription refund. If you meet such qualifications and would like to receive a refund, you must mention these details in your refund request email.

2. Refunds for bundles purchased through a third-party

Since the payment for the bundle was processed by the third-party vendor, we do not have the transaction on file and cannot initiate a refund for you. Please contact the third-party vendor directly to request a refund.

3. Refunds for courses enrolled in through a third-party sale or promotion

If you enrolled in a course through a third-party sale or promotion on their platform/site/establishment (for example: a company is selling or giving away Neuralzoom courses), please contact the third-party directly to request a refund. Neuralzoom does not have access to the necessary information to review or process these refund requests.
